2008 Fall-Winter Mini Mite. Mite- Player Registration

  Cost

• Registration Fee $215 due at Sign Up
• All Players must register with USA Hockey @ usahockey.com
• Payments are to be made on the following schedule

Registration Fee Includes

Coaches Registration, MAHA and Little Ceasers Fees, 2Jerseys and 2 Socks plus draft skate ice time.

Refunds

Once a player has been drafted onto a team there will be NO REFUNDS If a player droups out during the season, you are financially responsible for your ice bill

Mini Mites and Mites will skate twice a week for 50 minutes. All practices will be on full sheet of ice.

Note

• Registration Fees do NOT apply to your first ice bill
• All players will be drafted to teams based on their registration dates.  Players will be placed on teams on a first come first serve basis
• There will be a 2% late fee charged to any bill not paid by the 15th of each month
• All practice ice for the month of spetember will be held at our West Facility

2008 Fall-Winter Squirt - Midegt House Player Registration

Cost

• Registration Fee $215 due at Sign Up
• All Players must register with USA Hockey @ usahockey.com
• Payments are to be made on the following schedule

Teams will be billed on the 15th of the previous month and the total ice bill will be due on or before the 1st of the month being skated.  A 2% late fee will be implemented on all payments not received by the 5th of each month.

Ice Times

Squirt: Teams will receive 2 50 min sessions of ice per week for practice

Pee Wee: Teams will receive 1, 50 min sessions and  1 80 min session per week for practice

Bantam:  Teams will receive 2 80 min session per week for practice

Midget: Teams will receive 2 80 min session per week for practice.

Coaches will contact each player following the draft skate

Practice will not start until Tuesday after Labor Day.
