Drop In Programs

*Please note that all times are subject to change. Please see the schedule for the most up to date information. All skaters must fill out a waiver and sign in on the sign sheet

Please make sure you sign in the sign in book by the entrance to the rink every time you take the ice. Punch Cards should be punched before taking the ice. Failure to do so may result in removal from the ice and loss of discount punch.

FREESTYLE SESSIONS
50 Minute Sessions
These on ice sessions are open to both club and non club members. Skaters may use them for lesson or practice time. Sessions are designated to the practice of freestyle, moves in the field, dance, and general skating technique. Learn to Skate & Hockey skaters are welcome, but must be in a private/semi private lesson with ICEFSC Club Coach. 

$12 Drop-in each (includes Non-ICEFSC Skaters & Coaches)
$90 for a 10 session punch card*

GROUP STROKING SESSIONS
20 Minute Sessions
These on ice sessions are open to both club and non club members. These group sessions are taught by one of our ICEFSC Professional Skating Instructors and are designed to improve skaters speed, quickness, power, stamina, edge quality, and basic skating skills.  

4 Skaters minimum for an instructed class. Session will be an open practice is less than 4 skater minimum attends.

FREE Stroking Class for skaters skating 2 or more freestyle sessions in the same day!

MOVES IN THE FIELD & STROKING ONLY SESSIONS
10 Minute Sessions
There is no additional charge for these sessions for skaters skating on the sessions both directly before and directly after. There will be no assigned stroking instructor for these sessions. Skaters may work on their own or take private/semi-private lessons with the coach of their choice on Moves in the Field and general stroking technique. 

GROUP OFF-ICE SESSIONS
40 Minute Sessions
Figure Skaters of all levels will benefit from the addition of off ice class to their current training schedule. This class is designed to strengthen current skills, correct errors, and learn new techniques that will improve on ice performance. Class begins with cardio that is focused on improving the skaters cardiovascular ability. Next, the skaters will focus on jump technique and strength training, skaters will learn various excursuses to teach proper balance, rotation, jumping and landing technique. Lastly, the skaters will work on their flexibility, important for both injury prevention and also help skaters to perform the basic elements with better technique, strength, and precision.

ICEFSC | ICELAND COMPETITIVE EDGE FIGURE SKATING CLUB

MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the club includes USFS membership with ICEFSC voting rights, USFS Skating Magazine & ICEFSC quarterly e-mail newsletter, testing rights & competition privileges and a ICEFSC Tee Shirt.

SYNCHRONIZED TEAM

Practices Saturdays this Fall: 8-9am - on-ice |9-9:45am - off-ice
We are still looking for a few more skaters to join the team. Monthly Fee covers cost of ice, instruction on and off the ice & team apparel. Please contact Synchro Director Lia DiCicco for more information.

Brandon is the author of the PSA New Moves In The Field Study Guide & Oral Exam as well as the producer of the PSA New Moves In The Field Educational Video. He is PSA Master rated in both Moves In The Field and Ice Dance. Currently he is the PSA Rankings Committee Chairman and board member of the PSA ( Professional Skaters Association) and STAR and a past member of USFS (US Figure Skating). A former international competitive ice dancer, Brandon is a five time Gold Medalist, 2000 World Junior Silver Medalist, 2001 US Bronze Medalist and a 2002 US Olympic Team alternate. Currently Brandon coaches Basic Skills skaters all the way through national and international competitors.
